Migration Update - 9th January 2006
There has been no further significant rain since our last report (23rd December). The herds are still very spread out with no large numbers in any one place. Currently, the best areas to see the herds are the Western Corridor spread across to Lobo. If it continues to be very dry the migration may move further north again, but if the short grass plains get some good rains over the next week then the herds will definitely start to move in there.posted by Nomad Tanzania at 11:58 PM
